The Boys Have Returned With A Renewed Perspective
The boys of Group 4610, America’s funniest short sale squad, is just returning from vacation in a variety of ports including, but not restricted to; Greece, Italy, Rome, Florence, Capri, Venice, and Athens. Rumor has it that you are not allowed to have any excitement at the Acropolis. Fred and Kevin found out the hard way by getting into trouble when attempting to take a funny picture there.
For those of you who did not recognize it, the past three weeks of video have been pre-recorded. Kevin and Fred were planning on filming several Short Sale Power Hour videos over in Greece, but that simply didn’t come to fruition.
Today is much like mindset Monday, but it is Tuesday. So, we will call it Perspective Tuesday. The boys have a new perspective on things coming off of a vacation.
All of the little things that people get caught up in on a daily basis is hollow crap. Our lives, short sale folders, bank negotiators, agents, clients, and other people are all simply stuff. The endless butting of heads and disagreement doesn’t mean a single thing.
We are not saying that what we do as real estate professionals does not matter. We have a enormous chance to save banks money and even more significantly, save home owners. Meeting your commitments is still important. However, we all spend lots of time worrying about things that just do not matter that much.
The idea is straightforward. We are encouraging you to enjoy yourself. Lighten the mood a little bit. Perseverance is needed in short sales. We appreciate that. Still, we do not need to worry about what others say about us or what other people believe about us. As long as you are working with the highest integrity in mind, you have nothing to worry about.
